    HR Manager(Hospitality) Abuja

    Our client a premier hospitality company specializing in the furnished apartment niche in Abuja. With a legacy spanning over 20 years, we take pride in offering an oasis of serenity and comfort.

    We are seeking a Strategic Head of People, Process, and Culture (PPCM) to redefine our people strategy, optimize operational processes, and foster a thriving organizational culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Promoter and executive leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people and culture initiatives with business objectives and providing insights that drive organizational success.
    • Redefine and embed a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration, engagement, and innovation.
    • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent, ensuring the workforce aligns with current and future business needs.
    • Develop and implement leadership programs to nurture internal talent and build a strong succession pipeline.
    • Design and implement efficient HR and operational processes to improve scalability, employee experience, and business performance.
    • Establish robust performance management frameworks that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while creating a fair, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
    • Partner with department heads to support change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
    • Oversee organizational design and workforce planning to align structure and roles with strategic objectives

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
    • A seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of progressive experience in strategic
    • and multidisciplinary roles, preferably within high-growth industries.
    • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals to
    • drive organizational success.
    • Expertise in driving culture transformation and fostering employee engagement.
    • Skilled in designing and implementing talent management strategies, including recruitment, leadership development, and succession planning.
    • Proficient in using HR analytics to guide strategic decisions and improve workforce outcomes.
    • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
    • Self-aware, having engaged in personal development programs and assessments to enhance leadership effectiveness.
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of leveraging HR metrics and insights to drive strategic decisions.
    • A charismatic leader with executive presence, capable of inspiring and rallying teams across all levels.
    • Willing to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the details to build systems, structures, and a strong organizational culture.
