Requirements

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
• 5–7 years HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role (preferably in banking).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
• Skilled in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive info well.
• Ability to develop required policies, processes & procedures and standardize the department.
