Ensure the current and future workforce capabilities and continuously championing enthronement of a performing workforce through attraction, development, retention and reward for talents.
To plan, direct and manage the performance of Company's human resource, as dictated by the overall corporate business strategy, so as to maintain and develop corporate business growth in accordance with the defined long term business strategy.
Provide key indices around employees (direct and indirect) cost and service delivery capabilities to properly position for future planning.
General coordination of the Human Resources and Administration development and sub-unit, subdivisions, and maintaining professionalism and sound working environment.
Lead and ensure the facility management and general admin reflect the Company's brand and efficiency.
