HR Lead at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management
• Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary frameworks that align with Nigerian labor laws and company values
• Manage payroll administration and employee benefits, including HMO and leave tracking
• Support managers with workforce planning, shift structuring, and performance improvement processes
• Foster employee engagement and retention through structured feedback, coaching, and communication strategies
• Handle internal investigations, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to align HR strategy with company objectives
• Coordinate accommodation and onboarding support for out-of-town and expatriate staff
• Champion a culture of professionalism, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
• Professional certifications (e.g. CIPM, SHRM) are a plus
