    Human Resources Lead

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Drive end-to-end HR: from recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to exits
    • Design HR structures and enforce discipline, policies, and factory conduct
    • Align workforce planning with production goals and shift schedules
    • Support payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PAYE, pension, HMO, NHF)
    • Implement HR systems (ERP – Odoo preferred)
    • Coach and support line managers as people leaders
    • Serve as a true business partner to management

    What You’ll Bring

    • 3–5+ years HR experience (at least 1 year in a leadership role)
    • Manufacturing/FMCG/industrial experience is a strong advantage
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR compliance
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and people development skills

    Production Lead

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across shifts
    • Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and lean manufacturing methods to reduce downtime and optimize machine availability
    • Ensure production schedules are met with minimal waste and cost per unit
    • Coordinate shift planning, manpower utilization, and line efficiency
    • Enforce strict safety, quality, and maintenance standards on the shopfloor
    • Collaborate closely with maintenance, QA, logistics, and planning teams
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and SOP adherence
    • Train and coach operators for improved performance and accountability

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in output optimization, cost savings, and process efficiency
    • Hands-on experience with TPM, 5S, and other lean tools
    • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze production data and make actionable decisions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
    • Willingness to live on-site in Awka is strongly preferred

    Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the loading of goods into trucks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.
    • Manage and supervise laborers involved in loading and unloading activities.
    • Prepare and issue waybills for outgoing shipments.
    • Ensure to meet all loading targets daily as this would be the key performance indicator.
