We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR head to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Lead will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance and driving HR initiatives that support business goals.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
Lead performance management initiatives, ensuring employees receive feedback and development opportunities.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Oversee HR metrics and generate reports for management decision-making.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years Proven experience in an HR leadership role preferably in Electrical Engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
