HR Generalist
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
- Experience 4 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Job Summary:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including Payroll Administration, Compliance, Employee engagement, Performance management, and ensuring adherence to Labour laws and Company policies.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of cognate experience.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, statutory deductions, and HRIS/payroll tools.
- HR Certifications would be an added advantage.
