    HR and Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to oversee human resources functions and administrative operations. 
    • The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and compliance to ensure smooth business operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Human Resources Duties:

    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation
    • Manage payroll, including processing employee salaries, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks
    • Handle expat housing issues, including finding and securing accommodation, managing leases, and coordinating repairs and maintenance
    • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new employees
    • Oversee employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
    • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Coordinate training and development programs

    Administrative Duties:

    • Oversee office operations and ensure a productive work environment
    • Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
    • Coordinate procurement and inventory management of office supplies
    • Liaise with vendors and service providers
    • Assist with event planning, scheduling, and general office support

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong planning and decision-making skills.
