    HR Analysts

    Key roles

    • Track Key HR metrics (recruitment, training, atrition, performance
    • Turn HR data into useful insights for decision making 
    • Maintain HR database and dashboards 
    • Support HR Operations: recruitment, onboarding, L&D, employee engagement 
    • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and system upgrades. 

    Key Requirements

    • BSc or HND degree 
    • 1 - 3 years experience in HR or HR analytics 
    • Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills 
    • Detail Oriented and Tech Savy
