Job Summary

• We are looking for the services of a competent and experienced HR Advisory & Outsourcing professional to join our team to support the day-to-day activities of our organization.
• The individual must have a solid knowledge of HR functions, reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliances, and interfacing with clients.
• The individual will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR functions.
• The individual should be a strategic thinker and problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related field from a reputable institution.
• MBA / MSc (HR) is an added advantage.
• Professional certification in HR would be an added advantage.
• Maximum of 4 years experience in human resources consulting.
• Preferably a male between 35 - 40 years of age.
