    HR/Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for human resource functions and managing administrative operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, with experience in HR administration, recruitment, and office management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle daily office operations (calls, emails, scheduling, etc.).
    • Support management with reports, documentation, and meeting coordination.
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
    • Maintain personnel files, contracts, leave records, and performance appraisals.
    • Support payroll preparation, timesheets and staff scheduling.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
    • Act as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders.
    • Address inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Ensure employee engagement and training initiatives.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with audits, inspections and policy updates.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR/Admin officer.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Knowledge of HR practices and compliance requirements.
    • Experience in healthcare environments is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and HRIS.
