    HR Admin Manager

    Our client, a fast-growing culinary company, is looking to hire an experienced and strategic HR Admin Manager to oversee the full HR value chain while managing office administration functions.

    The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Office Administration, with strong expertise in recruitment, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and operational administration.

    This role requires a highly organized leader who can align people strategy with business goals while ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

    Responsibilities

    Human Resources Management

    • Manage the full HR value chain: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labour regulations.
    • Lead performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives.
    • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
    • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

    Office Administration

    • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
    • Manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships.
    • Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational excellence.
    • Develop and implement administrative systems and process improvements.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record management across departments.

    Leadership & Strategy

    • Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
    • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
    • Support organizational restructuring and change management processes.
    • Prepare monthly HR and administrative reports for management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in HR value chains and office administration.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
    • Proven leadership and team management experience.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
