    HR / Admin Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a competent and experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee and manage all human resources and administrative functions for our hospitality operations in GRA, Port Harcourt.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic HR planning, recruitment, staff welfare, compliance, and general administrative efficiency, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Human Resources:

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
    • Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
    • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives
    • Handle staff grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
    • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
    • Organize training sessions and capacity-building workshops

    Administration:

    • Supervise the administrative team and ensure effective office management
    • Coordinate procurement and facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional work environment
    • Monitor administrative budgets and cost controls
    • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
    • Oversee logistics, asset management, and record-keeping
    • Support departmental heads with administrative and HR-related needs

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (CIPM or relevant certification is an added advantage)
    • Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, and employee management tools
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
