    HR/Admin Executive

    • The HR/Admin Executive will play a critical role in supporting both human resources functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a productive work environment, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the organization’s strategic and operational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Functions:

    • Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Monitor employee performance documentation and support performance management processes
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

    Administrative Duties:

    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
    • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate timely replenishment
    • Handle correspondence, documentation, and internal communications
    • Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and company events
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

    Data Management & Reporting:

    • Prepare HR and administrative reports with high accuracy
    • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
    • Support payroll input processes and employee benefits administration

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
    • Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, or equivalent are highly desirable
    • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar HR/Admin role
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
