    HR / Admin Assistant

    Job Summary

    • As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic and motivated HR/Admin Assistant to join our team and support our human resource operations.

    Job Description

    • As an HR/Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the Human Resources team to support daily operations and contribute to various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and professional environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
    • Help organize training sessions and workshops.
    • Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace policies.
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Prior experience or internship in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Male candidates are preferred for Gender balance.
