The client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.)
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff
Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and improve profitability
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services and increase occupancy
Maintain and enhance the hotel’s online presence and reputation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Conduct regular safety checks and implement emergency procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
Proficiency in hotel management software and systems (e.g., PMS, CRM).
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
