Job Summary

• The client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and improve profitability
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services and increase occupancy
• Maintain and enhance the hotel’s online presence and reputation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Conduct regular safety checks and implement emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems (e.g., PMS, CRM).
