    Fuel Station Manager

    Job Summary

    • The client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Fuel Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the station, including fuel dispensing, staff supervision, safety compliance, inventory control, and excellent customer service. This role is critical in maximizing profitability, maintaining standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee end-to-end daily station operations, including fuel dispensing, retail shop, and car wash (if applicable).
    • Supervise staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
    • Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service.
    • Manage inventory, monitor fuel levels, and ensure timely deliveries.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and implement loss prevention measures.
    • Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations, conduct safety drills, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Logistics).
    • Proficient in POS systems, basic accounting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of HSE standards and fuel handling protocols
    • Experience managing a high-volume fuel station.

    Certifications:

    • Certification in HSE or retail management is an added advantage.
