Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the overall operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial management.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software is an added advantage.
