Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation:

• Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients.
• Assist in preparing basic dishes under supervision.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored and labeled.

Cleaning & Hygiene:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
• Dispose of waste and maintain proper sanitation.

Stock & Supplies:

• Unpack and store deliveries in the correct areas.
• Check stock levels and report shortages.
• Rotate food items to ensure freshness (FIFO method).

Support to Chefs/Cooks:

• Assist in plating and garnishing dishes.
• Deliver food items and utensils as needed.
• Follow instructions to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Follow food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
