Head Sales and Brand Devlopment Executive at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and exercise as Sales & Business Development Executive will include but not limited to:

• Close deal with corporate and high net worth individual
  Write proposal and presentation
• Create sales and marketing strategies Build strong customer relationships
• Maximizing the company's operating performance
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Prepare weekly report.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in sectors such as power, energy, or electrical is essential.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing on the Island or in close proximity to the Island (e.g., Yaba Axis, Gbagada).
• Availability: Candidate must be ready to resume duties within two (2) weeks of acceptance.
• Suitability: We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of performance, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
