Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Must have led a recruitment team for a minimum of 3 years
• Must be a business manager
• Must be very good in sales and operations
• Must know how to run a business line
• Must be very sound in recruitment
• Must be conversant with HR policies pertaining recruitment, resoucing and outsourcing
• Must have handled all types and categories of recruitments.
• Must be able to work under pressure and successfully lead a team for a minimum of 3 years
• Must be conversant with other aspects of HR.
