Head of Power at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Role Summary

• The Head of Power will provide strategic, technical, operational, and financial leadership for the company’s Power as a Service (PaaS) business. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of power strategies, optimize energy costs, improve asset performance, drive commercial profitability, and deliver innovative energy solutions that support long-term business sustainability.
• Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Power teams, this role is critical in strengthening financial performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical or power engineering within the telecommunications industry
• Demonstrated experience managing Power as a Service (PaaS) or similar energy solutions
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing business performance and profitability
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
