As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the overall marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition and retention, and oversee brand growth initiatives while building scalable marketing systems within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and customer engagement initiatives
Oversee product marketing, campaign execution, and market positioning across all channels
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize ROI
Build, manage, and mentor high-performing marketing teams while collaborating with product and leadership teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Minimum of 8 years marketing experience within the fintech sector is mandatory
Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, CRM, and customer acquisition strategies
Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or related field is an advantage
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
