Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and media strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead all digital marketing, content creation, branding, advertising, and public relations activities.
Drive lead generation campaigns that support sales targets and business growth.
Manage the company's social media platforms, website, and digital presence.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, videos, graphics, and promotional content.
Coordinate media relations, press releases, interviews, and corporate communications.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
Lead and mentor the marketing and media team.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in marketing, media, branding, or communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, and brand strategy.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
