    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and media strategies aligned with company objectives.

    • Manage the company's social media platforms, website, and digital presence.
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, videos, graphics, and promotional content.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, media, branding, or communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, and brand strategy.
    • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
    • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
