Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Drive property sales and business growth across the company's portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and increase conversions.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market.
