Head of Marketing

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of agro-solution strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Oversee product lifecycle management and drive continuous innovation.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality inputs and optimal cost.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in strategic marketing.
- A first degree in Natural or Social Sciences; an MBA or a Senior Management Program is essential.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture and agro-input solutions.
