    Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth.
    • The successful candidate will be an expo
    • sed, creative, and out-of-the-box thinker with a proven track record of bringing together partnerships and collaborations, closing deals, and negotiating effectively. They will develop and execute marketing strategies, build and maintain our brand identity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

    Job Description:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement
    • Lead a high-performing marketing team, including marketing managers, designers, and copywriters
    • Build and maintain our brand identity and messaging across all channels
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to drive business growth
    • Analyze marketing metrics and data to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance
    • Manage marketing budget and resources to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and execute creative product placements and out-of-the-box marketing strategies
    • Bring together partnerships and collaborations to drive brand growth and customer engagement
    • Negotiate and close deals with partners and vendors
    • Secure sponsorships and partnerships to drive brand growth and revenue
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to reach new audiences
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Advertising, preferably in the food service, hospitality, or entertainment industry
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behaviour
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with creative product placements and out-of-the-box marketing strategies
    • Ability to build a successful community around the FoodCourt brand
    • Understanding of how to appeal to our target audience of people with extra disposable income
    • A "cool" and charismatic personality that aligns with our brand values

    Success Metrics:

    • Achieve marketing targets and KPIs, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion
    • Build and maintain a high-performing marketing team
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging across all channels
    • Achieve a high & consistent satisfaction rating from customers and stakeholders
    • Successfully bring together partnerships and collaborations to drive brand growth and customer engagement
    • Close deals and negotiate effectively with partners and vendors
    • Secure sponsorships and partnerships to drive brand growth and revenue
