Job Summary

• As head of Growth and Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. 
• You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop our strategic plan, identify key initiatives and allocate resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our growth strategy, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges
• Analyze our competitors, identify their strengths, weakness and strategies
• Develop our strategic plan, identify key initiatives and allocate resources
• Drive revenue growth through new business developments, partnership and existing customer growth.
• Manage a team of growth and strategy professionals, provide guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with our editorial, sales marketing and product teams to execute and develop our growth strategy.

Requirements

• MBA or Advanced degree in Business Finance or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in business development, growth and strategy roles preferably in the Financial Media, fintech or banking industry.
• Excellent Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and develop insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
