    Head of Engineering Operations

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Strategy:

    • Lead and manage the engineering operations team to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for engineering operations in alignment with company goals.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in engineering practices.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Implement project management best practices and methodologies.

    Supply Chain Management:

    • Optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

    Commercial Operations:

    • Develop and manage commercial strategies to support business growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.

    Maintenance Management:

    • Oversee the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
    • Implement maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability and safety.

    Team Development:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote professional growth.

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure all engineering operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
    • Promote a safe working environment and culture.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Survey.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • Extensive experience across supply chain, commercial operations, project management, and maintenance.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
