Head of Credit at Gadol Finance Company Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
• Review and approve credit applications in line with company standards
• Monitor credit performance and manage portfolirisks
• Lead and mentor the credit team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and intemal requirements
• Work with management tsupport business growth through responsible lending.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in credit management, with at least 3 in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and loan portfolio management
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Good leadership and communication abilities
