The Head of Compliance ensures that the Church and its international campuses operate within the laws, regulations, and internal policies governing their activities across all jurisdictions. This role includes overseeing ethical conduct, safeguarding the Church’s reputation, ensuring doctrinal integrity in operational practice, and aligning global compliance systems to reflect the Church’s vision and mission.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Risk Management, Business Administration, Theology with Compliance Training, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
• At least 7–10 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or legal role, preferably in an international NGO, faith-based organization, or church network. 
• Familiarity with international charity laws and regulations, and faith-based nonprofit governance. 
• Certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, ICA, etc.) is a strong advantage. 
• Strong understanding of the intersection between church governance, ethics, and legal compliance
• Deep commitment to Christian values and doctrinal integrity.
• Strong analytical, legal, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and cross-cultural leadership skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and manage remote teams.
