    Head of Commercial

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Commercial at BrandCo Nigeria Limited, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
    • The Head of Commercial will be responsible for business planning, analytical insights, commercial management, team leadership, and financial oversight on a day-to-day basis.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, finance, or a related field.
    • A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is often preferred or an added advantage.
    • 8–12+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing commercial teams.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Industry-specific experience may be required (e.g., retail, tech, FMCG, logistics).
    • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
    • Deep understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and customer behaviours.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Data-driven decision-making skills (strong in financial modelling, forecasts, and ROI analysis).
    • Leadership and people management skills.
