The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, fostering academic excellence, and nurturing a positive learning environment for students and staff alike.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school's academic and administrative functions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum to ensure high educational standards
• Manage and mentor teaching and administrative staff, promoting professional development
• Oversee student discipline, welfare, and academic progress
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations
• Lead school improvement initiatives and implement best practices in education
• Represent the school at various events and maintain positive community relations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or any related field
• Valid teaching certification
• 30 - 35 years of experience in educational administration
• Proven track record of successful school leadership and management
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
• Must be computer literate
• Demonstrated ability to make decisive and visionary decisions
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• In-depth understanding of educational best practices and trends
• Ability to motivate and inspire students, staff, and the school community
