    Head, Marketing & Corporate Communications (Entertainment & Media Company)

    About The Role

    • As the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for leading a team that shapes the brand's identity, enhances its reputation, and drives its market presence.
    • You’ll oversee marketing strategies, corporate communication efforts, and the alignment of the company’s messaging across all touchpoints.
    • This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and data-driven execution to position the brand as a leader in the entertainment industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and implement the company’s global marketing and communication strategy.
    • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
    • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and expansion.

    Marketing Excellence

    • Drive the development of innovative campaigns to engage diverse audiences.
    • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, and online branding strategies.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and measure campaign success.

    Corporate Communications

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Manage public relations efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and reputation management.
    • Lead crisis communication efforts and handle sensitive issues proactively.

    Team Leadership

    • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing and communications team.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

    Partnership Development

    • Cultivate partnerships that elevate the brand and create new opportunities.
    • Drive sponsorship and co-branding efforts to maximize visibility and impact.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven track record of leading marketing and communication efforts for a high-growth company.
    • At least 7–10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, with leadership experience in entertainment or consumer-facing industries preferred.
    • Exceptional skills in digital marketing, storytelling, and brand development.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience managing teams and inspiring high performance.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a passion for creativity and innovation.
