Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing and business development leader to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our healthcare organization. 
• The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing and business development strategies that enhance our brand reputation, expand our customer base, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, products, and brand.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and revenue.
• Brand Management: Enhance and protect our brand reputation through effective brand management, messaging, and visual identity.
• Digital Marketing: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing and business development strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing and business development budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing and business development professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• External Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and industry associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of marketing and business development experience in the healthcare industry.
