Job Purpose
- The role will ensure that the organisation has the right mix of talent that are effectively deployed, managed, rewarded and engaged in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Science or related discipline
- Professional certification in Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
- Minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience in a similar role, with at least four (4) years in a management role.
- Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across all organisational levels and manage change initiatives.
