Head Finance at Victory Travels & Tour Limited

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: Degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional Certification
• Experience: Minimum of 5 Years\' finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role, travel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Financial Management: Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, revenue recognition, and cost control.
• Compliance and Industry knowledge: Sound knowledge of IFRS, taxation, audits and travel-industry financial operations. (commissions, refunds, and settlements).
• Leadership & Systems: Proven leadership skills with proficiency in ERP/accounting systems, advanced Excel, and strong analytical judgement.
