Our client is seeking to hire a Head of Corporate Resources to manage corporate affairs, and oversee the operations of human resources, administrative assets and facilities.
The ideal role holder will be responsible for developing and managing strategies that govern daily corporate activities.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Manage the Bank’s Corporate Communication strategies and reputation.
Manage the Bank’s Corporate Image.
Provide direct oversight leadership for the Head of HR/Admin
Other duties may be assigned by the Managing Director or the Board of Directors.
Person Specification
HND / B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
Minimum of 8 years work experience with at least 5 years spent in a related senior management position
Post-graduate qualification and a relevant Master’s degree
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent analytical and logical skills
Good working knowledge of real estate and mortgage industry practices, both in Nigeria and globally.
