    Head, Business Development (BPO)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate objectives.
    • Identify and target new markets and customer segments texpand the company’s client base.
    • Work closely with the executive team tset revenue targets and develop strategies tachieve them.

    Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research tidentify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
    • Analyze market data tdevelop insights and make informed business decisions.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.

    Lead Generation & Sales:

    • Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team tdevelop effective sales and promotional materials.
    • Drive the sales process from lead generation tclosing deals.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, fostering a highperformance culture.
    • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching tteam members.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with operations, finance, and legal teams tensure the seamless onboarding of new clients.
    • Collaborate with the product development team ttailor BPsolutions to meet client needs.

    Reporting & Performance Metrics:

    • Provide regular reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts, revenue targets, and market analysis.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as necessary.

    Requirements

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of the BPindustry, including services, market dynamics, and key players.
    • Understanding of sales and marketing principles, business strategy, and financial acumen.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability tanalyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM, BI tools, and other relevant software.
