Main Function

As our Hairstylist, you will deliver exceptional hair care, styling, and braiding services to our diverse clientele. We are looking for a highly skilled, versatile stylist who can work confidently with all hair textures (including Caucasian, Asian, and Afro-textured hair). Crucially, you must have proven experience understanding and styling hair for international clients and foreigners, ensuring premium results that match global trends.

Your Responsibilities

Advanced Braiding & Styling

•  You will provide precision braiding services (including box braids, cornrows, knotless braids, and twists) tailored to the specific texture and scalp sensitivity of foreign clients.
•  You will execute a wide range of styling services, including washing, cutting, blow-drying, coloring, and installing extensions or wigs.
•  You will consult with clients to understand their desired look, analyzing their hair type to recommend safe, flattering styling techniques.

Cross-Cultural Client Care

•  You will offer an exceptional, welcoming customer service experience, using clear communication to guide international clients who may be unfamiliar with local braiding techniques or terminology.
•  You will educate clients on proper aftercare, product selection, and maintenance to preserve their styles and protect their hair health.
•  You will stay updated on global hair trends, techniques, and popular international styles to meet the expectations of an expat or tourist clientele.

Salon Maintenance & Professionalism

•  You will maintain a clean, sanitized, and highly organized workstation in strict compliance with health and safety standards.
•  You will manage your appointment schedule efficiently to minimize client wait times.
•  You will track your used styling tools, products, and inventory, notifying management when supplies need restocking.

What You Bring

•  Experience: You have 3+ years of professional hairstyling experience, with a proven, verified portfolio of braiding and styling hair for foreign/international clients of various ethnicities and hair textures.
•  Skills: You possess expert precision-braiding skills, a deep understanding of tension control on finer hair types to prevent breakage, and technical proficiency in standard cut and color styling.
•  Communication: You have excellent, polite, and fluent English communication skills, allowing you to consult confidently with clients from different cultural backgrounds.
•  Qualities: You demonstrate strong attention to detail, patience, high professional hygiene standards, and a warm, customer-centric attitude.
