Key Responsibilities
Conduct a mandatory safety briefing before each session: outline bay rules, club-handling guidelines, and emergency procedures.
Provide a concise, engaging tutorial on the Trackman interface: registration, game selection, club tracking features, and scoring.
Offer personalized swing tips—demonstrate grips, stances, and basic swing mechanics for first-time golfers.
Assist guests with technology glitches or questions; escalate hardware/software issues to the Golf X Business Manager.
Monitor bay activity continuously to enforce safety protocols and intervene if unsafe play is observed.
Gather guest feedback on their experience and share insights with the management team to refine training materials.
