    Golf X Receptionist / Guest Services Officer

    Overview

    • The Guest Services Officer manages Golf X’s front-of-house flow—confirming bookings, assigning bays, processing payments, and fielding inquiries to create a seamless first impression.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls and walk-ins, confirm reservations, and update the booking system in real time.
    • Assign bay numbers based on group size, availability, and any VIP or corporate requirements.
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of promotions, pricing packages, and special event schedules.
    • Respond promptly to guest questions—via phone, email, or in person—about hours, pricing, packages, or technology features.
    • Coordinate no-shows or last-minute changes, rerouting walk-ins or waitlist customers as needed.
    • Assist guests with function of all Golf X features.
    • Log and track all guest complaints.
    • Promptly communicate all requests to appropriate departments.
    • Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
    • Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
    • Utilize property management system and all other required technology to carry out daily responsibilities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 1–2 years in reservations, front-desk, or guest-services roles; experience with CRM or booking platforms is a plus.
    • Strong numerical accuracy
    • Friendly, patient demeanor under pressure.

    Guest Experience Liaison Officer

    Role Overview

    • As a Guest Experience Liaison Officer, you’ll blend safety oversight with hands-on instruction—onboarding guests onto the Trackman platform, teaching swing basics, and guiding them through game modes to maximize fun and comfort.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct a mandatory safety briefing before each session: outline bay rules, club-handling guidelines, and emergency procedures.
    • Provide a concise, engaging tutorial on the Trackman interface: registration, game selection, club tracking features, and scoring.
    • Offer personalized swing tips—demonstrate grips, stances, and basic swing mechanics for first-time golfers.
    • Assist guests with technology glitches or questions; escalate hardware/software issues to the Golf X Business Manager.
    • Monitor bay activity continuously to enforce safety protocols and intervene if unsafe play is observed.
    • Gather guest feedback on their experience and share insights with the management team to refine training materials.

    Multi-Outlet Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Multi-Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the Lakowe complex — including the Lodge on 18, Golf Club, Grill Room, Revivo, Golf X, and all event venues.
    • The role ensures seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards across all outlets, supporting both guest satisfaction and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the operations of all F&B outlets and events, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, and guest experience.
    • Implement and maintain service standards and SOPs in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, and Executive Chef.
    • Oversee and implement training programs to ensure guest focused operations
    • Monitor staff performance, grooming, and conduct across outlets, ensuring professionalism and compliance with company policies.
    • Support outlet supervisors in daily briefings, service readiness checks, and shift management.
    • Liaise with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
    • Oversee event setups, service execution, and breakdowns, ensuring operational readiness and guest satisfaction.
    • Assist in planning and executing special promotions, functions, and seasonal events.
    • Monitor sales, guest feedback, and service recovery actions to continuously improve performance.
    • Ensure accurate and timely communication between outlets, stores, and management regarding requisitions, stock usage, and operational needs.
    • Enforce hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance standards in all outlets.
    • Prepare daily operational reports and updates for management review.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 4–6 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-outlet role.
    • Strong knowledge of restaurant and event service standards.
    • Hospitality management diploma or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
    • Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools.

    Key Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability across multiple venues.
    • Solid understanding of F&B operations, service standards, and guest relations.
    • Ability to coordinate teams and manage high-volume operations efficiently.
