Growth Marketing Manager at PRIMLAKS (For Better Lives)

The Role:

• We are looking for a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the 5 P's of marketing—Product, Price, Promotion, Place, and People.
• This role is not just about applying these principles but using them to make a measurable impact on our business and the broader agricultural and food landscapes.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage the 5 P’s to drive business growth and brand visibility both in Nigeria and globally.
• Innovative Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's unique value and commitment to quality.
• Market Expansion: Use your expertise in 'Place' to strategically expand our presence, identifying new markets and optimizing our distribution channels.
• Feedback Integration: Listen and respond to customer and market feedback, using insights to refine our product offerings ('Product') and marketing approaches.
• Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies ('Price') that ensure profitability while maintaining competitive advantage and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a team that embodies our values and drives our mission forward, ensuring all team members understand and utilize the 5 P's effectively.

Work Environment and Expectations:

• This role is primarily onsite at our Suru Alaba, Lagos office to support our collaborative team environment and hands-on projects. We value flexibility and are committed to discussing how we can accommodate work-life balance within an onsite framework. The role also requires occasional weekend availability to oversee product sampling and other critical activities, with compensatory time-off provided.
