The General Services Analyst will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of general services, including travel logistics, facility management, journey management, and event planning.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure seamless service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in general services, travel logistics, facility management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Nigerian Immigration processes and travel documentation.
Proven experience in event management and corporate travel coordination.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel software.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
