Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: GMs develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Operational Oversight: They manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Resource Management: GMs oversee budgets, allocate resources, and ensure effective utilization of personnel and other assets.
• Team Leadership: They lead, motivate, and develop teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Decision-Making: GMs make informed decisions based on data and analysis, addressing challenges and opportunities.
• Performance Evaluation: They track and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Financial Management: GMs are responsible for managing financial performance, including budgets, profitability, and cost control.
• Compliance: They ensure that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and policies.
• Customer Satisfaction: GMs focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communication and Reporting: They communicate effectively with staff, upper management, and other stakeholders, providing regular reports on town lagos.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / BSc Degree
• Must have at least 5 years experience
• Must be highly skilled,fast and efficient .
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be highly smart, Patience and versatile
• Must have idea about how sewing and measurements
• Must be computer literate
• Must know to work with a team and communicate efficiently.
