    Motion Graphics Designer

    Job Summary 

    • The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling static and animated content for multi-platform use.
    • This role combines advanced graphic design skills with motion graphics, animation, VFX, and special effects expertise to support storytelling and brand expression across campaigns, media content, product launches, and internal communication materials.
    • The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail-oriented professional with strong conceptual thinking, technical execution, and a passion for visual storytelling.
    • The role requires a self-starter who can translate creative concepts into impactful visual experiences while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design high-quality graphics for digital, print, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding materials.
    • Create visually compelling 2D and 3D animations for video, digital content, and motion-based storytelling.
    • Enhance videos with branded animation, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
    • Produce animated infographics, product demos, explainer videos, logo animations, and promotional content.
    • Apply motion design principles, kinetic typography, and animation techniques to improve audience engagement.
    • Integrate 3D elements, CGI, and VFX into live-action footage and creative projects.
    • Perform tasks such as compositing, motion tracking, rotoscoping, visual enhancement, and basic colour correction.
    • Translate creative briefs and concepts into engaging visual stories that align with brand objectives.
    • Ensure all designs and motion content reflect brand consistency, visual identity, and communication strategy.
    • Collaborate with producers, content creators, developers, marketers, and other creative teams to deliver impactful multimedia content.
    • Manage multiple creative projects across different timelines while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
    • Organize, maintain, and archive design assets for easy access, reuse, and scalability.
    • Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative tools, animation techniques, and industry best practices.

    Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a creative environment.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation.
    • Experience creating content for digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communications.
    • Experience working within creative agencies, media, technology, or marketing-driven organizations is an advantage.

    Role Summary

    • The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
    • This role involves conceptualizing and executing video projects, managing the post-production process, and ensuring that all video content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality video content for various platforms, including web, social media, and broadcast.

    • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
    • Strong understanding of advanced editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and special effects.
