Job Summary

• The General Manager will provide overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the group.
• The role requires a results-driven executive with strong experience in managing multi-unit operations within the computer systems, electronics, or technology sector.
• The GM will be accountable for business growth, profitability, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and execute the group’s short-term and long-term strategic plans
• Provide leadership and direction to all department heads to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost control
• Drive revenue growth through market expansion, partnerships, and product diversification
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and profitability across the group
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance standards
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and regulators
• Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to owners/board

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred
• 8 - 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years at a senior management level
• Proven experience managing ICT, electronics, or technology-focused businesses
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
