In general, this is a multi-task work, the General Manager is responsible for all aspect of the hospital such as finance, admin, marketing, publicity, human resource public and customer relations, and report to the board of directors. We have personnel work on most of these works. We need your supervision, guide and most importantly we need your creative ideas to make the organization keep optimizing.
Finance
Supervise financial transactions and documentation, make sure patients pay for their services, and cashier make correct record in the hospital software.
Work with the hospital management to maintain budgets and supervise expenses.
Admin:
Marketing & publicity
Create ideas to get more clients, design flyers, optimize website and social media
participate marketing activities
Human resource
Employ, deploy, salary paying, training, team build
Public & customer relations
interact with government functionaries and other stakeholders to ensure a good and harmonious alliance.
ensure that customers diaries are well kept and reminders made on time.
REQUIREMENTS.
The candidate for this position should be a university graduate, preferably have education or working experience in developed countries.
He/she must have strong leadership and communication skills
Basic accounting skills and knowledge of database systems and MS Excel.
Good computer skills, can use excel formulas to make salary list, invoice, forms, statistics.
The GM position candidate must have excellent organizational and management skills and a problem-solving attitude and the ability to train members of staff.
Innovative and initiative nature is very important
