General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Business Development) at Dignity Finance and Investment Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Identify new market opportunities and conduct business analysis
• Direct marketing initiatives based on market research within the business
• Generate revenue and promote the company's consumer and corporate loan products while maintaining brand value
• Mobilize funds from corporate bodies, individuals, and cooperatives
• Ensure strict compliance with KYC, AML/CFT policies and regulations
• Provide proactive customer service
• Support the Executive Management in ensuring clear corporate objectives are met.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 12 years post-NYSC experience in Finance Companies, Commercial Banks, Microfinance Banks, or CBN-licensed lending institutions
• At least 7 years cognate business experience in funds mobilization (Abuja market experience is an advantage)
• IPPIS portfolio management experience (added advantage)
• Professional qualifications: CIBN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Abuja business dynamics with established network
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Result-oriented with strong marketing skills
• Self-confident and self-driven.
